I contacted Eric as a Wix Partner. I am a novice, but I had constructed the site and was very pleased with the way it looked. But there were several functional things I was having trouble with such as links, overlapping and redundant frames, inserting inappropriate page types which came with a set of behind-the-scenes limitations, etc. I also needed help with the payment gateway side, domain name propagation, etc. These things were taking me many hours and becoming very frustrating (I am a lawyer, not a programmer!). Eric is a great communicator.

The first contact looked like a standard form email. But I picked Eric because he has many many years of Wix experience and he was down-to-earth (he did not ask me what my Dreams were!!!...like some others). Once I made contact and emailed him what I needed he got back the same day addressing each issue and giving me a full price list for each element. His prices are reasonable - especially considering he only needs to do it once!

I hired Eric, and paid upfront, as required, and he was even better than I had hoped. I know programmers and they can be grumpy, fickle, and elusive when you need them. Eric was the opposite. Friendly, predictable, and always communicative. Oh yes - and best of all - effective! He does what he says on time and on budget. A very good way to run a business. I highly recommend Eric MG and will be continuing to work with him. My only reservation in writing this is that he may have less time for me!

When contracting for programming services it is important for the buyer first to develop a reasonably clear idea of what they want to achieve. Then it is for the party providing the service to help the client fulfill their goals by exercising their skill set and communicating clearly with the client in an easy-going and friendly manner. On all three counts Eric excels. I have worked with him on four tasks as part of a larger project and have found him easy to work with, focused on fulfilling what I was looking to do, and open to any suggestions or other input I had. He is very good at letting me know what will work/won't work, and his rates I believe are very reasonable. If this is your first foray into the programming world or has had a less than satisfactory experiences elsewhere, which I had, I would definitely recommend Eric for your next project.
